Turn Down the Noise Pslams 46:10 'He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

Sometimes we think that God is quiet and that isn’t the case at all.  We are surrounded by so much noise all the time . Everything wants our attention , people want our attention , social media , our phones,  problems and worry. Even our own thoughts can be so loud that we can’t focus on what God is saying.  It’s ok to take time to disconnect yourself from all of the noise that is surrounding you to tune in to what God is speaking to you.  We don’t always have to respond everybody , don’t have have everyone else’s opinion and don’t always have to be connected to everything.  God is always speaking but you can’t hear because you are trying to do everything else , answer everything else , connect with everything else but stop and distant yourself. God is telling us to be still , this doesn’t mean that isn’t working. Sometimes being still means God I’m going to stop trying to figure everything out and give you my full attention. Turn down the noise , God has something to say .
