Our Ministry’s Purpose
We welcome all of God’s people with open arms and compassionate hearts.
Our Visionary Leader
Minister Bennie L. Caston II
Minister Bennie L. Caston II has always been passionate about serving the Lord. Raised in a faith-filled home, he led childhood Bible studies and discovered his God-given gift of playing the organ at the young age of 12.
Though he explored various career paths, his calling remained clear—to spread hope, encourage faith, and serve others. As a devoted church musician, he has served several congregations throughout the years. In 2024, he answered the call to ministry and received his ministerial license.
In 2023, he married his beloved wife, Courtney Lynn, whose love and support have been a tremendous blessing throughout his journey.
Today, Minister Caston faithfully serves at Hartsville Original Church of God while carrying out the vision God placed on his heart for Open Heart Ministries. As its Founder and Visionary Leader, his desire is to inspire faith, encourage hope, build believers, and create opportunities for people to grow in their relationship with God.
Through ministry, worship, encouragement, and the teaching of God’s Word, Minister Caston remains committed to serving with humility, accountability, and purpose as he follows God’s direction for his life.
“Loving God, Loving People with an Open Heart.”
What We Believe
