Scripture: John 20:29
“Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, do you now believe? Blessed [happy, spiritually secure, and favored by God] are they who did not see [Me] and yet believed [in Me].””
John 20:29 AMP
Do you have the faith to believe?
The Bible tells us that faith is the evidence of things hoped for and the things not seen. We must have genuine faith when believing. Jesus said to Thomas, “Because you have seen Me, you have believed; blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed.” When you can’t trace Him, do you still believe? I have genuine faith in God because I know He is who He says He is. I’ve read His Word and experienced His presence. I don’t have to see Him to believe Him. I know Him for myself through my relationship with Him. Just like we have faith that when we sit down, the chair will hold us, that’s the kind of faith we must have in God. We trust Him even when we cannot see everything. I know He is GOD!
