Topic: Keep His Commandments!
Scripture: John 14:15 ““If you love me, keep my commands.”
Jesus told us in His Word that if you love Him, you will keep His commandments! Are you actively doing what God requires of us? It’s easy to say you love someone, but when you really love someone, you’re going to do everything you can not to displease them. We must have this same mindset when we say we love Jesus. He is commanding us to do what His Word says. Are you demonstrating His love in your daily interactions with others? Are you showing kindness to everyone you encounter? We can’t just say we love Jesus, but we must demonstrate our love for Him by doing what He says through our actions. By doing this, we will find that loving Jesus and keeping His commandments become not merely a duty, but a joyful expression of our faith.
