Topic: Know Who You Are!
Scripture: Galatians 2:20
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Galatians 2:20 NIV
Do you know that you’re not your own? It is Christ who lives in you! We must understand that our old selves have been crucified with Christ, and we no longer live for ourselves. We have been renewed and made new through Jesus Christ. When we understand this, we know that we can live by faith in Him. So, whenever temptation comes or we are tempted by the devil, we must remember who we are in Christ! We can tell Satan that we are no longer our own and that we have been redeemed by Jesus Christ! We don’t have to allow the world to tell us who we are because we already know who we are in Christ. We can stand with confidence, knowing that we belong to Jesus and that we have been changed through Him!
